2. International Shipping Liability Limitation

All order delivery time we provide is only an estimated reference value. Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and the average international delivery cycle is 15 business days. Global cross-border logistics are affected by uncontrollable factors including customs inspection, local logistics congestion, national policy adjustments, port backlogs and weather changes. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date for any order. Lituy shall not be liable for any losses arising from delayed delivery caused by objective external factors.

All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes generated during transportation shall be borne solely by the buyer. If the buyer refuses customs inspection or duty payment, resulting in the package being returned, detained or destroyed by local customs, all related costs and losses shall be borne by the buyer.

Any transaction disputes between buyers and Lituy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with relevant international cross-border e-commerce trade rules.
